Meetings with Consulates and Chambers of Commerce and Industry

The objectives of the meetings are to bring together diplomatic representatives, presidents of Chambers of Commerce and Industry and companies from the most diverse segments to study possibilities of doing business through foreign trade.

Prior to the meetings, the countries that will make the presentations are selected. At the meetings, the representatives of these countries report the economic reality, the functioning of their markets, business opportunities, incentives to export, the main fairs, as well as the products and services that they are interested in selling to Paraná and Brazil. It is also an opportunity to obtain information on the mechanisms and institutions that countries have to promote, encourage and mediate exports and imports.

There are also explained the ways on how to enter the markets of these countries, as well as find suppliers of products and services to be imported. Therefore, planning is necessary, as well as prior knowledge of the sector to be explored and the search for partners who provide safe and qualified information.
